為深(shen)入貫(guan)徹(che)德(de)智體美勞(lao)(lao)全面發(fa)展的黨的教(jiao)育方針,全面落(luo)實《中共中央(yang) 國(guo)務(wu)院關于(yu)全面加強新時(shi)代大中小學勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育的意見》精神,大力提升高等職業(ye)院校學生勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)素(su)養,形成體現時(shi)代要求、符合育人規律、彰顯高職院校特色的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育體系,8月(yue)25日至8月(yue)28日,由我校和中國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系學院勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育中心主辦(ban)、創想家科(ke)技教(jiao)育(深(shen)圳)有限公司協辦(ban)的2020年全國(guo)職業(ye)院校勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育導師研修(xiu)班(中級),在線上會議平(ping)臺成功舉辦(ban)。
為(wei)優化勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)師資供給,本(ben)次教師培(pei)訓(xun)除了(le)邀請(qing)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)領(ling)域相(xiang)關知名學者外,基于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)本(ben)身特質,還邀請(qing)了(le)企業(ye)(ye)代(dai)表擔任課程授課講師。共有來(lai)自廣東(dong)、廣西、貴州、湖(hu)南、江蘇、內(nei)蒙古、陜西、浙江等14所職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院校近(jin)30名老師參加培(pei)訓(xun)。

同(tong)時(shi),為(wei)深入(ru)了解(jie)目前高(gao)職(zhi)院校勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)展情況(kuang),今年(nian)3月,我校聯合創想家教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科技(深圳)有(you)限公(gong)司(si),對覆蓋生源地30個省、自(zi)治區、直轄市的(de)學(xue)生及(ji)來自(zi)全國14所(suo)高(gao)職(zhi)院校的(de)老(lao)師(shi)開(kai)展《全國高(gao)職(zhi)院校勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現狀調查報告藍皮書》專(zhuan)項問(wen)卷調研。經(jing)過5個月的(de)立項、調研論證、問(wen)卷發放及(ji)回收、電話訪談(tan)記錄、數據清洗與(yu)甄別等,共回收有(you)效教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)問(wen)卷221份(fen),學(xue)生問(wen)卷2101份(fen),教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)訪談(tan)記錄25份(fen)。
調研專家(jia)組(zu)成員范苗就(jiu)調研報(bao)告(gao)中學(xue)生素養現(xian)狀(zhuang)、目前勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開展(zhan)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、師資建設(she)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)實習實訓(xun)相(xiang)(xiang)結合(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)校園文化建設(she)相(xiang)(xiang)結合(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)社會服務相(xiang)(xiang)結合(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)等內容進行分享,讓研修班的(de)(de)學(xue)員們從數據中更(geng)科學(xue)更(geng)全面(mian)的(de)(de)了解目前勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)在高職院校中開展(zhan)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。
研(yan)(yan)修班(ban)4天的課(ke)程(cheng)涵蓋(gai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理論知(zhi)識、相關政策導讀(du)、實際課(ke)程(cheng)案例分析、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)相關法律(lv)知(zhi)識普及、人工(gong)智能(neng)下的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)等多個方(fang)面,最后以電子考卷的形式對(dui)學員們(men)進行考核。參訓學員紛紛表示,將(jiang)以本次研(yan)(yan)究班(ban)為新的起點,進一步加強理論學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)觀,為所屬(shu)高(gao)職院(yuan)校開展勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作貢(gong)獻力量;并希望這樣的培(pei)訓能(neng)夠(gou)制度化(hua)、常態化(hua),進一步豐富培(pei)訓內容,在條件允許的情況下,安排線下培(pei)訓課(ke),加入動(dong)(dong)手(shou)實踐(jian)實操(cao)環(huan)節(jie),將(jiang)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)精神貫(guan)穿師資培(pei)訓始(shi)終。
