
宋(song)李翔(xiang),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖(sui)說是今年初從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院,但從進校(xiao)伊(yi)始,宋(song)李翔(xiang)已在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理(li)工作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九(jiu)個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊伍(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經(jing)驗豐富的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)堅力量。
自“不(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢記(ji)(ji)使(shi)命”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來(lai),宋李翔積(ji)極(ji)響應(ying)校黨委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)號(hao)召(zhao),根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院有(you)關“不(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢記(ji)(ji)使(shi)命”主題教育統一部(bu)(bu)署和(he)安排(pai),積(ji)極(ji)組織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準(zhun)基層黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設(she)的(de)重點,扎實(shi)推進各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身先士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務(wu)于(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成長(chang)成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)(ji)應(ying)有(you)的(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

安(an)局機場分局聯絡(luo),于2019年(nian)6月正式成(cheng)立(li)深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)畫宣(xuan)傳(chuan)志愿(yuan)服務基地,使(shi)得(de)志愿(yuan)服務與專業建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)現了深(shen)度融(rong)合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注意整合資(zi)源(yuan),借助(zhu)外力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)升部(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。半年(nian)來(lai)2次主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心(xin)理咨(zi)詢(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通過(guo)借助(zhu)專業力(li)(li)(li)量(liang)提(ti)升對(dui)重點關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理能力(li)(li)(li)和應對(dui)水平(ping)。積極(ji)發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)在(zai)(zai)思想(xiang)政治(zhi)教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組(zu)織策(ce)劃(hua)迎新(xin)(xin)系(xi)列(lie)推(tui)文、國慶70周年(nian)系(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)、強國青(qing)年(nian)說推(tui)文等宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)文,深(shen)受新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔老(lao)師(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔(dan)當(dang),身先士卒,高(gao)度自律(lv)。每(mei)天早(zao)上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公(gong)室,關愛(ai)團(tuan)隊(dui)成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍內(nei)部建(jian)設(she),通(tong)過(guo)專題研(yan)討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成員(yuan)談心談話、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動等方(fang)式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實(shi)(shi)地(di)檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)反(fan)饋(kui)早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談話、走(zou)訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表(biao)座談等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主題教育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談話80人(ren)次,宿(su)舍走(zou)訪4次。工作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養(yang)特點,有針對性的(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)理念落實(shi)(shi)到位。同時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)(bu)放棄引(yin)(yin)導(dao)教育(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)嚴要(yao)求,敢碰(peng)硬的(de)(de)(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)嚴于律(lv)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳遞才(cai)能讓新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往(wang)直(zhi)前(qian)。
